MANGOES PATTAYA

Mangoes Pattaya was established in 2000 and has been in operation ever since.
The original presence of mango trees at the heart of the property sparked the naming inspiration, leading to the establishment being called "MANGOES." These trees were subsequently cleared to make space for the construction of the accommodations. Nevertheless, the name "MANGOES" persists as both a homage to this historical aspect and a recognition of the property's beginnings.

MANGOES offers accommodation to travelers for various purposes, whether leisure, business, or transient stays. Located in Najomtien, just 20 minutes away from South Pattaya, the hotel is situated on Ban Yen Road, also known as Nong Jub Tao Lane, renowned for its proximity to Khao Chi Chan, or Buddha Mountain.

In 2024, MANGOES underwent a change in ownership, leading to a complete renovation, staff training, and the implementation of new policies. The aim is to enhance MANGOES' value proposition, ensuring guests have a memorable, exceptional, and worthwhile experience during the stay.

- Loud noises, speakers, or any sound-producing devices that may cause disturbance to neighbors are strictly prohibited.

PETS POLICY

Pets of all species are not allowed on the property.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms. Designated smoking area is available for guests who wish to smoke. 

- One parking space is provided per room. Any additional vehicles may need to be parked outside the hotel premises.

- The hotel assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged cars or contents. Please do not leave anything valuable in your car.

COOKING POLICY

Cooking is prohibited inside the rooms. Guests are welcome to bring outside food to enjoy or cook at the terrace.

VISITORS POLICY

Unregistered guests are not permitted in the guest rooms. Visitors are welcome to meet with guests in public areas during the hotel's operating hours (7:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

Violators will be fined THB 1000 per person.

BELONGINGS

Guests are advised to use the in-room safes.
The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings

ENTERTAINMENT

ROOM RULES

- Opening hours 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Midnight)
- After 22:00, kindly keep noise levels low and no Karaoke.
- Smoking & Cooking is not permitted.
- Activities such as frisbee, badminton, ball throwing, or any

actions that may cause damage to hotel property  are prohibited.

HOTEL PROPERTY

Damage or loss will result in charges to cover the costs of repair or replacement

DEPOSIT POLICY

Guests are required to pay a deposit of THB 500 per room upon check-in to cover any potential incidental expenses or damages during their stay. This fee will be refunded upon check-out, 

CANCELLATION/

NO SHOW POLICY

- Reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
- Change of booking date is allowed with a minimum notice of 30 days before the scheduled arrival (within 6 months from the initial booking date).
- In cases where the revised booking date falls on a lower-priced day or if there's a request to shorten the duration of the stay, the accommodation reserves the right not to refund any price differences.
-- If the number of guests exceeds the booked amount, the hotel must be notified at least 1 day prior to arrival and must not exceed the maximum occupancy (if exceeded, the full deposit will be forfeited and stay will be denied).

- In the event of power or water outages caused by natural disasters or external factors beyond the control of the accommodation, the accommodation shall not be held responsible for any liabilities as it is considered a force majeure circumstance.

POOL RULES

  • Shower before entering the pool.

  • Food or drink is prohibited in the pool.  (In case of violation, the deposit will be forfeited)

  • Proper swimming attire must be worn at all time. (Jeans or any fabric that may cause color bleeding are strictly prohibited from being worn in the pool)

  • The pool is for residents and authorized guests only.

  • No yelling or other loud noises. 

  • No running, pushing, or rough play is allowed. 

  • Those with or reasonably suspected to have a communicable disease, or with mouth, nose, or ear discharges, are restricted from using the pool. 

  • Please maintain the cleanliness of the swimming pool. (A minimum charge of 2,000฿ will be applied if any debris is found

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult. 

  • Use the pool at your own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries. 

  • Management reserves the right to deny the use of the pool to anyone at any time.
